Our elementary school recently used Winn Transportation for our 4th grade trip to Jamestown, and the entire experience was fabulous! Booking process was simple and the contracts were easy to understand.

Our drivers, Daniel and Campbell "Soup", were so kind and professional. They arrived early, the bus and van were clean, comfortable, and our students really enjoyed the ride. They both provided incredible service!

We were extremely pleased with Winn Transportation and highly recommend their services. We would absolutely use them again in the future!

Larry, our bus driver was punctual, polite and friendly as well as being a great driver. He arrived early to load the 55 Passenger coach for our trip to the Museum of the Bible and was on the spot for our departure from the museum to head back to Richmond. He even gave us a quick drive by of some of the important memorials around the National Mall on our way out of D.C.

We used Winn for my daughter's 8th grade trip to DC. Our driver Carlton was fantastic. The bus was clean and he was a great driver!

Winn helped provide transportation for our guests on our wedding day. We had a tight schedule that was compounded by a marathon happening the same day, causing road closures. The Winn drivers did a great job of navigating a challenging route to ensure our guests were all on time to the ceremony. Mark was responsive, easy to work with over the phone, and flexible to changing the schedule as we worked through all the details. Everything went smoothly on the day and we couldn’t be more grateful!

We did not use Winn Transportation but they have excellent customer service. After they performed a site inspection and determined that they could not get in and out of our wedding venue, they sent a list of other local transportation companies they recommended, and offered to communicate all the details of the site inspection with anyone who needed it. It was nice to feel taken care of even though we were not using their services. Thank you Mark!

Best bus driver EVER! Sorta wish the ride from Scottsville to Richmond was longer. Comfortable bus and the funniest chap for a driver! Graham was a part of our transport team for a youth retreat. He starts the ride with a welcomed chuckle!

I had the most wonderful experience with Winn transportation! My employer chartered a bus trip for our customers to attend a football game. Communication was kept with me at all times and answered any questions that arose until day of departure even sent follow-up email. Customer services from our bus driver ( Ron ) was impeccable. Ron went above and beyond, he arrived early, helped with loading and unloading bus, assured that everyone was comfortable with temperature, personable and interactive with guest, and assured we arrived safely to and from our destination without any incident (20 years experience).

I've finally caught my breath from my daughter's whirlwind wedding weekend! I now want to tell you all how pleased we were with Winn Transportation. Mark, you were my first point of contact and you kindly walked me through the process and provided the initial information I needed. Then Jake Baber took over and I owe Jake a huge thank you for being so patient with me throughout this past year as I planned and estimated and changed. He was so easy to work with, accessible, and made me feel like a VIP. What I ultimately ended up chartering was perfect! Thank you also to Tina Ihnen for creating and deleting several different invoices and also Carolyn for chatting with me at one point. While I did not see nor ride the motor coaches, I received feedback from guests that it was a perfect amount of seating and all went smoothly and there were compliments of the drivers, Ivan Harris and Danny Kaye. We were so fortunate to work with such an exemplary company with top-notch customer service and great people!

Had a phenomenal experience working with Winn for my wedding buses. The drivers were all extremely polite and helped keep the fun going! Also were kind enough to retrieve some missing items for me and save them. They go above and beyond what I'd expect a bus company to do and emphasize customer service and experience above all else.

My school called up Winn for our band trip to Florida, and it was a pretty good time. The service was great, and our drivers were super awesome. Great personalities and great guys, they really made the drive special. I had left my wallet on the bus, and when we contacted them, they instantly mailed it back to me. The best unexpected customer service! My wife left her phone on the bus after a wedding and Jake the dispatch manager was very kind and helpful and we were able to pick up the phone before we had our long drive home. Thank you again to Jake and the cleaning staff that found the phone.

My company uses Winn Transportation frequently and we always have a great experience. From the office staff to the bus drivers. Today we had 2 buses, 100+ people and everyone commented on how friendly the service is. "Captain Soup" is a gem, he is such a sweet person and was very friendly and a great driver!

I was recently tasked with finding a bus for a tour with several local realtors. I had originally booked with another company, and they fell through fairly last minute. I called in a panic, and Jake was so accommodating and easy to work with - even when I called back and told him I provided the wrong date. The customer service from both Jake and Tina were outstanding, and our driver, Robin, was amazing as well.

Our kids took a school trip to Washington and VA. Ivan was their bus driver and all of the kids absolutely LOVED him! They are still talking about him. Once my son got back home we realized two days later that his AirPods were missing, we tracked them on his phone and I called the address location it gave us which was the bud company. I spoke with Mark on the phone and Ivan happened to be standing beside him. Ivan had located them and even reached out to our school admin. Mark and Ivan both went out of their way and they are currently in the mail on the way back to us. Such a relief to say the least. Highly recommend. Thank you for making our kids from TN enjoy their 8th grade trip before starting the big high school!

Winn Transportation saved the day for me. We had not planned any transportation to ferry our guests from a rehearsal dinner to the welcome party location since it was just a few blocks. The weather forecast for the night of our event was 100% rain. Panicked, I called around and Winn was able to help me out. David and Mark Pounders were able to fit our group in last minute. Winn was an excellent experience for our school field trip. Our driver was very knowledgeable about our experience, and wanted to ensure we had the best time possible. He even decorated the bus for St. Patrick's Day, and the kids loved all the decorations. I recommend every school use Winn for their field trips.

I must share my experience with this company over this past weekend. This was my first time booking a trip.
It was a planned family trip to Atlanta for my son's 15th wedding anniversary. It was a great success.
Booked trip with family, motor coach with 45 family members. We were blessed to have the best driver, Ivan Harris, who was very professional, hospitable to all from children to the eldest. Winn Transportation provided a 29 person passenger bus and a few cars for our wedding day. It was so helpful to have reliable transportation the day of to transfer us to and from the hotel, church, and reception. Robin even helped my grandparents safely get into the hotel when they got picked up by themselves. I highly recommend using Winn Transportation!

Really enjoyed working with these guys! We had 5 charter buses to our farm, and the drivers followed the instructions we gave them for where to drive and where not to on the property to a T. Will use them again in the future!

Awesome experience all the way around! Our bus driver Ivan was an absolute delight. He was super friendly and even help load and unload a scooter for one of our passengers. The bus arrived clean and on time. Ivan seems to know the Richmond city very well and had us navigated to the event and parked quite quickly. After a long cold day, it was a pleasure to come back to his smiling face and a warm bus. After helping load up again, we were out of the city in no time.

I lost my keys on the bus! These folks were kind enough to go out of their way to track me down and get them back to me. Rode with them in July. Buses are comfortable and well kept. Go with Winn.

After speaking to Mr. Mark the owner of the company I felt that my concerns were heard he agreed going forward the service will be handle in a professional manner. My group will do business again if the agreement sustain providing an upgrade service.

My family and friends took a trip to Buckroe Beach on yesterday(7/22/18) one of the worst experience in my life. Driver 40 minutes late to pick up couldn’t find the location on his GPS. Driving like he was the only person riding, music loud, scratch CD’s, Seat wet, big piece of plastic fell off the overhead hit my sister on the arm. Todd was the only person I thought care until the next day I called, text send a picture of the object...no response. The general manager first words out of her mouth “I don’t see where this require a refund”. I tried to explain the unprofessional behavior of the driver she was very defensive “He’s one of the best driver, I can send you a letter apologizing” I asked not. I’m done with WINN, totally disappointed. I’ll continue my story with the media. People pay, take care of them. It’s not about the refund or a letter of apology.
