Winn helped provide transportation for our guests on our wedding day. We had a tight schedule that was compounded by a marathon happening the same day, causing road closures. The Winn drivers did a great job of navigating a challenging route to ensure our guests were all on time to the ceremony. Mark was responsive, easy to work with over the phone, and flexible to changing the schedule as we worked through all the details. Everything went smoothly on the day and we couldn’t be more grateful!

Mr. Ivan was perfectly on time, gave us a smooth ride and was so kind to our students. The bus was incredibly clean and comfortable. He made our field trip perfection! Thank you Mr. Ivan, we especially loved your pop quizzes!

“Drivin” Ivan Harris was fantastic He was very friendly, patient and helpful. He let us know the plan from the start, dropped us off at Busch Gardens, and brought us back to Atlee High School safely! Wonderful experience and excellent service!

We did not use Winn Transportation but they have excellent customer service. After they performed a site inspection and determined that they could not get in and out of our wedding venue, they sent a list of other local transportation companies they recommended, and offered to communicate all the details of the site inspection with anyone who needed it. It was nice to feel taken care of even though we were not using their services. Thank you Mark!

Best bus driver EVER! Sorta wish the ride from Scottsville to Richmond was longer. Comfortable bus and the funniest chap for a driver! Graham was a part of our transport team for a youth retreat. He starts the ride with a welcomed chuckle!

I had the most wonderful experience with Winn transportation! My employer chartered a bus trip for our customers to attend a football game. Communication was kept with me at all times and answered any questions that arose until day of departure even sent follow-up email. Customer services from our bus driver ( Ron ) was impeccable. Ron went above and beyond, he arrived early, helped with loading and unloading bus, assured that everyone was comfortable with temperature, personable and interactive with guest, and assured we arrived safely to and from our destination without any incident (20 years experience).

I've finally caught my breath from my daughter's whirlwind wedding weekend! I now want to tell you all how pleased we were with Winn Transportation. Mark, you were my first point of contact and you kindly walked me through the process and provided the initial information I needed. Then Jake Baber took over and I owe Jake a huge thank you for being so patient with me throughout this past year as I planned and estimated and changed. He was so easy to work with, accessible, and made me feel like a VIP. What I ultimately ended up chartering was perfect! Thank you also to Tina Ihnen for creating and deleting several different invoices and also Carolyn for chatting with me at one point. While I did not see nor ride the motor coaches, I received feedback from guests that it was a perfect amount of seating and all went smoothly and there were compliments of the drivers, Ivan Harris and Danny Kaye. We were so fortunate to work with such an exemplary company with top-notch customer service and great people!

For the second year we have enjoyed having Jake as our driver to Dayton Days Fall Festival. He is very professional and a safe driver. What a pleasant day we had.

We decided to get transportation a little last minute and Winn was ready, willing, and able to not only meet our requests, but exceed our expectations! The drivers singlehandedly got nearly 180 guests to and from our wedding venue and then the after party safely, promptly, and with no complaints-- not even the motion-sick prone ones! Highly recommend.

Had a phenomenal experience working with Winn for my wedding buses. The drivers were all extremely polite and helped keep the fun going! Also were kind enough to retrieve some missing items for me and save them. They go above and beyond what I'd expect a bus company to do and emphasize customer service and experience above all else.

My school called up Winn for our band trip to Florida, and it was a pretty good time. The service was great, and our drivers were super awesome. Great personalities and great guys, they really made the drive special. I had left my wallet on the bus, and when we contacted them, they instantly mailed it back to me. After such a chivalrous act, there's just no way I couldn't drop a review, man. Awesome service, good time, great people. Winn Transpo is a valid func man. Righteous drive baby.
